Roman Chamomile essential oil

INCI: Anthemis nobilis
Steam distillation of flowers.
Origin: England

Warm, sweet, fruity-herbaceous odour. Promotes relaxation, calmness and sleep. Also an effective anti-inflammatory. In skincare preparations for inflammation, sensitive skin, acne, boils, allergies, cracked skin, dry hands. Makes a gentle, effective inhalant that soothes an irritable mood and inflamed lungs.

Caution: Non-toxic, non-irritant. Can cause dermatitis in some sensitive individuals

We recommend a patch test (dilute the essential oil in a cream or carrier oil first) before using any new skincare preparation. As with virtually all essential oils it should not be used neat on the skin nor be taken internally!
