Energy & Resistance gives you the sense of walking in a fresh forest. It arouses a feeling of wellbeing and brings your energy and resistance back to balance. It is a combination of rich , moisturizing and nourishing oils and pure essential oils that are beneficial for body, mind and spirit.

Lovely to use, for example, for stiff or painful muscles, colds, flu, rheumatism, exhaustion and stress. This powerful massage oil helps to revitalise and fortify you.

Cold-pressed Almond oil and organic Avocado and Jojoba oils provide a soft, soothing feeling on your skin while the essential oils of Siberian Fir, Scotch Pine and Rosemary provide an overall strengthening and protective effect.  An oil that cares, nourishes and hydratates, a luxurious treat for body and mind.

 Pump or pour a small quantity of oil into in the palm of your hand, rub your palms together until warm then massage gently into the required parts of the body. Repeat as necessary.
