Scots Pine essential oil
Pine needles have antiseptic properties. Native North Americans mainly used the needles to repel lice and fleas. Scots pine essential oil is often used to combat fungal and other skin infections.
Scots pine is a species of the pine family. This species is also the basis of the essential oil. The oil is extracted by steam distillation of the needles, buds, and twigs.
Scots pine has a soothing effect on the respiratory tract and helps you breathe more freely. It has a positive effect on the immune system. Excellent for inhaling in cases of asthma or blocked sinuses using an electric diffuser or aroma burner.
Scots pine is a powerful cleansing and energizing oil that brings peace to anyone who is restless and overstimulated. It creates a relaxed and serene atmosphere.
It cleanses the aura and provides good grounding, creating inner peace. It also promotes concentration.
Scots Pine also has a warming quality. This makes it very pleasant in creams and oils for muscle pain, arthritis pain, or sprains. Scots Pine is also used for muscle strain after exercise and to maintain flexible joints.

100% pure and natural Pinus sylvestris (Scots Pine) essential oil. Never diluted, no additives, no chemicals used in the extraction process.
Options:
Scots Pine essential oil is available in 10ml, 30ml and 100ml brown glass bottles with dropper caps. (Larger units are availalbe on request).
Precautions:
Den-grove essential oil may cause hypersensitivity in some individuals.
We recommend a patch test (dilute the essential oil in a cream or carrier oil first) before using any new skincare preparation.
As with virtually all essential oils it should not be used neat on the skin nor be taken internally!

How to use:
1) In a diffuser: Add between 5 and 20 drops to the diffuser (or to the water in an aroma burner)
2) In a bath: First add 5-10 drops of the essential oil to 10 ml of base oil such as sweet almond or to a bath oil or shower gel in a glass bowl and mix well. Fill the bath with warm water and add the mixture. Allow the water to circulate before getting into the bath to distribute the oil evenly.
3) For use on the skin: First add a few drops of the essential oil to a base oil, such as sweet almond oil (for massage) or MCT or jojoba oil (for perfume/skin oil): Use in a dosage of 1%-2%. For example, 99ml of base oil and 1ml (25 drops) or 2ml (50 drops) of essential oil.
