A great moisturiser and softener and so useful for dry skin, tired or mature skin and hard skin. Useful as a component of natural hair conditioners as it stimulates hair growth. Internally, avocado is helpful in diets to lower cholesterol levels. It is also said to have aphrodisiac properties!
