INCI: Helianthus annuus seed oil, aloe barbdensis leaf extract, tocopherol

Organic Aloe vera gel (extracted from fresh Aloe vera barbadensis leaves) macerated in refined organic sunflower oil and then filtered. Vitamin E is added for its antioxidant effect.

Aloe vera is renowned for its soothing, anti-inflammatory effect on the skin and mucous membranes, both relieving pain and supporting the repair of damaged tissue. It is also effective against a number of bacterial and fungal infections.

It is therefore valuable either alone or in other skin and hair care preparations for: sunburn and other burns, acne, ulceration, chapped skin, eczema, ringworm, dermatitis caused by harsh chemicals such as detergents, nappy rash, shingles, stretch marks, itchy scalp and dry 'lifeless' hair.

Aloe vera oil may be used directly on skin and hair or as an ingredient in other skin and hair care products.
