After we have transferred your package to the courier you will receive an automatic email with the track and trace link. If you are outside The Netherlands the track and trace code will sometimes change to a new code after your package has been received by a third party courier in your own country. Some third party couriers will inform you but some do not. If your package goes ''off radar'' contact us and we will try to get more information on the whereabouts or status of your package.

The following shipping costs are for orders up to 30kg gross and are inclusive of Dutch VAT. Remember, if you are an EU business outside of The Netherlands you can submit your VAT number on the order page. If your VAT number matches the EC VIES register the VAT will also be deducted from the shipping costs as well as the product costs. For more information see our Ordering info page.
