The more processing steps (refinement) a natural product goes through the more it loses its vitality and energy. It becomes less and less as nature intended it to be.

We therefore choose our ingredients and suppliers very carefully, and insist on the very minimum or no refinement and the maximum of respect for the principles of organic cultivation, sustainability and fair trade for those who grow, harvest and prepare the plants and plant materials we use.
