These herbs have a long history of use in herbal medicine for various purposes. In this combination they help to calm an upset digestion, including wind, bloating and mild pain due to over-indulgence or irritable bowel.

Take 1 teaspoon of herb mix per cup (or 2 dessert spoons per litre) hot water, Leave the tea to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink while hot.
