Skin Calm herbal tea mix (organic)

Contains: Marigold, Red Clover, Chamomile and Lavender

Contents: 50g net.

These herbs have been used for centuries in traditional western herbal and folk medicine for a variety of purposes. In this combination they help both internally and externally to soothe inflamed or irritable skin problems.

 Directions for tea: 1 teaspoon herb per cup (or 2 dessert spoons per litre) of hot water. Leave the tea to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then drink while warm. Drink up to 3 to 4 cups per day.

Directions for lotion: 1 dessert spoon herb per 200ml warm water. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Apply to affected areas of skin by soaking or repeated pouring for 5 to 10 minutes, 3 x per day.
