This mixture is an old recipe using herbs known by herbalists for their calming and uplifting effects.

Directions: 1 teaspoon herb per cup (or 2 dessert spoons per litre) of hot water. Leave the tea to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then drink warm or cold. Drink up to 3 to 4 cups per day.
