HapPee Herbal Tea Mix (organic)

An organic herbal tea to promote smooth flow. Contains Marshmallow leaf, Golden Rod, Bearberry, Horsetail

Contents: 50g net.

The herbs in this tea have been used in traditional western herbal medicine to promote the flow of urine and to help with bladder infections, such as cystitis.

1 teaspoon of tea mix per cup of hot water (or if you want to make a larger quantity in one go - 2 dessertspoons of tea mix per 1 ltr hot water). Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain off the herb mix and and sip the tea slowly.

Maximum 4 cups per day.

Caution: do not use if you have kidney disease.
