Traditional Use
These four herbs have been used in western herbal medicine for centuries to support the body's healthy response to colds and flu.
How to Use
Directions: 1 teaspoon herb per cup (or 2 dessert spoons per litre) of hot water. Leave the tea to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then drink while hot. Drink up to 3 to 4 cups per day.
